K48

K48 is 100% hand-made, hand-moulded and very hard-fired, with four equally usable sides and a rough, varied surface. Each brick bears the thumbprints of the craftsperson who made it. K48’s play of colour is primarily dark brown with some very dark areas. The green and yellow aggregate is the result of adding white slurry to the wet clay in the wooden mould. Some of the bricks have sand aggregate on the surface.
